May Meeting - Surviving The Human Zoo

 

Today's workplaces are filled with many challenges - adhering to policies and procedures, implementing change initiatives, maintaining quality and productivity, forming positive relationships internally and externally, while balancing professional demands and personal lives.  Although dealing with processes, procedures, and deadlines can be stressful many times it is the "people issues" that can make your work life feel like a "zoo". This session will offer "survival tips" for these people challenges! The session is designed to be fun and humorous yet provide meaningful insights and strategies that can be applied to any work environment or home.
